ArtClick – The economical alternative to long strip roofing

The production of long strip roofing involves hand-operated machines directly on site and the skill and dexterity of the fitter are essential. Moreover, these machines have a much lower production capacity for the same period of time, compared to the automated production lines used for click metal sheets.

The machines used for producing click metal sheets are programmed by setting parameters (pattern on number of creases, panel lengths, number of pieces etc.), variables that determine the final click metal sheets model.

The longitudinal profiling of the standing seam click metal sheet panels ensures the system’s rigidity. As seen below, we produce the click metal sheets in the following 4 options:

ArtClick RA1

Simple model, without additional creases on the surface of the panels.

ArtClick RA2

Model with two creases, giving the panel an additional design detail.

ArtClick RA3

Nine creases aimed to highlight the length of the click metal sheet panels, the roof slope or the verticality of the cladded wall.

ArtClick RA4

A model with thick folds that gives special volume to the project in which it is used and increased rigidity to the whole panel assembly.

The click panels are installed, as the name suggests – with a click locking system.

Minimum installation slope: 8°.
Maximum installation slope: 90°.
In terms of production dimensions, the maximum recommended length of the click sheet panel is 6000 mm and the minimum length 500 mm.
